10. Bring Your Inner Kid Out
If we’re being honest, we’re all just kids at heart parading around in fancy suits and adult bodies. A great way to lift your spirits out is to let your inner kid out. Play some games, blow bubbles, jump on the bed, eat sugary food, color, watch cartoons – anything you want to do that would seem “childish”, do it!
11. Exercise
We can get all science-y and explain how exercise reduces cortisol and increases endorphins in your body, but the simple matter of fact that our bodies are designed to naturally feel better when we exercise. Not only will you be able to get your mind off of whatever has you down, all these good hormones aren’t a bad thing either!
