7 Simple Tips to Make Your Pregnancy Easier
2. Eat Healthy and Avoid Greasy Foods
You had imagined that being pregnant would mean being able to gorge an entire box of pizza by yourself and no one would notice if you put on some weight cause you’re already doing that anyway, right? Boy, how wrong were you!
Pregnancy cravings for greasy food are common (and harmless once in a while) but they also come with some unpleasant side effects. For instance, I only experienced real heartburn when I was pregnant. Let me tell you, not fun. Try and stick to fresh foods, whole grains, and lean meat to get the nutrition you need but also have things running smoothly in your body. This will also keep you from gaining too much, which could make your baby overweight, and not to mention harder to lose afterward!
