7 Simple Tips to Make Your Pregnancy Easier
6. Have a Support Group of Expectant Mothers
One of the best pieces of advice I received when I was pregnant is to have a support group of expecting mothers, not women who’ve been pregnant before, but those who are pregnant right now. This is important because only these ladies understand what you’re going through. Even those who’ve been through it in the past tend to “forget” what it’s really like, especially when it comes to the emotional and anxiety-ridden part of pregnancy.
As a bonus, your support group of expecting moms can also slowly transition into your support group of new moms, which is also very important to have for the very same reasons.
